My son & I participate in Judo so we needed affordable mouth protection. My son is only 8 and he is still loosing teeth and growing new teeth so I wasn't even sure how we could get a guard for him. Denise was great with him. He has a major gag reflex, but she was able to talk him through relaxing and breathing during the impression. She didn't get mad or make him feel bad that he struggled with the impression. She even let my son pick out his favorite color plastic (a Canadian flag) for his mouth guard. Then she took him to watch all the steps involved in making a mouth guard. We will be returning for regular cleanings.
