As of February 1, 2025 there will be a new fee guide released for both dental hygiene and dental practices. All fees will likely go up as per our raising inflation rates. We are happy to bill directly to your insurance company on your behalf for our services.

Dental Plans 

We accept and direct bill to most dental plans.

We ask that you provide your plan information in full including: 
  • Group/Policy number 
  • Member ID number
  • % of coverage
  • Maximum yearly limit
  • Plan limits (exam, scaling, polish, fluoride interval limits)

Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

​Dental cleaning coverage under the new national dental plan in BC: 

Adult:
  • 1 dental hygiene exams per year
  • 8 x-rays per year
  • 4 units scaling per year
  • 1/2 unit polishing per year
  • 1 fluoride per year
  • 2 teeth desensitization per year
  • 2 SDF (Cavity stop) per year​​
Child:
  • 1 dental hygiene exam per year
  • 8 x-rays per year 
  • 1/2 -1 unit scaling per year depending on age
  • 1/2 unit polishing per year
  • 2 fluoride per year
  • Sealants on adult teeth 
  • 2 SDF (Cavity stop) per year

  • Seniors aged 87 and above ~ Starting December 2023
  • Seniors aged 77 to 86  ~ Starting January 2024
  • Seniors aged 72 to 76  ~  Starting February 2024
  • Seniors aged 70 to 71  ~  Starting March 2024
  • Seniors aged 65 to 69   ~ Starting May 2024
  • Adults with a valid Disability Tax Credit certificate   ~  Starting June 2024
  • Children under the age of 18  ~  Starting June 2024
  • All remaining eligible Canadian residents  ~  Starting 2025​​
